Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.

Today I was adding some great resources to New Christians - a section on resources, some great free tools for prayer, Bible reading, and devotionals. When I looked for something online that provided a simple overview of the TACOS prayer process, I couldn't find one. So, I created one. Talk about a great way to use your time while being quarantined in Paris! I hope you will find it useful. Please download and share.
We've been given so much. When you actually take some time to think about all the gifts that God has given us, it's overwhelming. However, it's really important that we think about these gifts, and say thank you to Him for every one. This 31-day devotional looks at some of the amazing gifts that God has given us as believers.
The most dangerous mindset for Christians to have these days is the Laodicean mindset, which Jesus talks about in Revelations 3. In this short essay inspired by the Holy Spirit, I write about what this mindset is, how believers slip into it, and why it's so dangerous.
When reflecting on my first year walking with the Lord, I realized that He had shown me so many things that may be helpful for new believers to know. So, I decided to reflect, ponder, and wrestle with the top 12 things I learned during my first year. These things are really important, and I did my best to explain why I chose them.
Obviously, the Lord's three commandments are paramount to our walk: 1) Love the Lord your God with all your mind, heart, strength, and spirit, 2) Love your neighbor as yourself, and 3) the Great Commission to take the gospel to all nations, tribes, and tongues. Here's an Epistle for Today
While I was in Macedonia on an 81 day mission trip, one day I woke up totally in the Spirit and the Lord put an epistle on my heart. The theme of this is the need, in fact the imperative, for unity in the body. So I typed it up and am sharing it with you to inspire, equip, and motivate you to look for opportunities for unity. God bless you! |

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. |
